The gold-rimmed Taormina platter carries a band of 18-carat gold around its edge. The oval underneath is the same 16.25 inches of fine Portuguese stoneware as the plain white version, but the gold means hand washing and no oven.
- Oval platter from the Taormina collection by Casafina, in White-Gold
- Edged with an 18-carat gold rim
- Measures 16.25" x 13" x 2.25" (41.3 x 33.1 H5.8 cm)
- Fine stoneware, made in Portugal, with a reactive glaze that varies slightly piece to piece
- Not for oven, microwave, dishwasher or freezer use
- Hand wash only to preserve the PVD gold coating, using warm water, mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge
- Keep abrasives, metal scourers, chlorine and bleach away from it, skip prolonged friction, and dry it at once
- Keep it away from direct flame
