Master Indoor Grilling in 4 Simple Steps

    1. Heat grill pan on medium-high for 3-5 minutes until water sizzles on contact.
  2. Oil & Season

    1. Brush food (not pan) with oil. Season proteins 30 minutes before cooking.
  3. Perfect Placement

    1. Place food at 45° angle to ridges. Don't move for 3-4 minutes for perfect marks.
  4. Flip & Finish
