How It Works:

• Our team will connect you with the artist, Mallory, via customerservice@soireeseason.com

• Mallory will confirm current inventory within your selected size and guide you through choosing your exact plate

• She’ll also gather your wedding crest file, along with any text, dates, or additional details

• Your piece will be thoughtfully painted, reviewed, and finalized before shipping

Once your order is placed, your piece enters the artist’s queue. You’ll have the opportunity to share inspiration along the way, and a final image will be sent for approval—ensuring every detail feels just right before it’s sealed and shipped.

Timing:
Each plate is painted by hand and typically completed within 8–12 weeks, plus shipping time. If you’re working toward a specific date, we recommend reaching out in advance to confirm timing.
