Daily Care
•wash with warm, soapy water immediately after use
•rinse thoroughly and dry completely with a clean towel
•never soak in water or put in the dishwasher
Monthly Maintenance
•apply food-grade mineral oil or specialized cutting board oil
•let board absorb oil for several hours or overnight
•wipe away excess oil with a clean cloth
Deep Cleaning:
•for stubborn odors or stains, rub with coarse salt and half a lemon
•rinse well and dry completely before proceeding with monthly maintenance care
