Modeled after 19th-century pottery designs, this delicate piece comes to us from renowned ceramicist Astier de Villatte’s Paris workshop, where it was handcrafted from black terracotta clay following old-school techniques passed down for generations. All of this is coated with the brand’s signature milky white glaze, which lets hints of the natural clay color peek through for a perfectly imperfect feel. A pretty addition to any tabletop, we love our Simple Pitcher for pouring fresh-squeezed juice at the breakfast table, as a water carafe with dinner or filled with a batched cocktail during an at-home happy hour. When not in use, it's also great as a vase filled with a loose bouquet of blooms.
