Elegant in its simplicity, this stunning vessel comes to us from renowned ceramicist Astier de Villatte’s historic Paris workshop, where it was handmade the old-fashioned way using black terracotta clay from the Paris Basin and plaster molds handcarved by the brand’s skilled team of artisans. From there, it’s coated in Astier’s signature milky white glaze, which lets hints of that natural clay color shine through for a perfectly imperfect feel. With its graceful curves and classic hue, Colbert would make a lovely addition to any room of the house, whether you display it on its own or fill it with a few cuttings from your own flower garden.
