How pretty is our Astier de Villatte Isolde Dish? Drawing on 19th-century pottery designs, this chic little dish comes to us from Astier’s historic Paris workshop, where it was crafted from black terracotta clay sourced from the Paris Basin and a handcarved plaster mold — a slow-paced, traditional process straight from the Middle Ages that gives each piece its own unique charm. Once formed into shape, it’s coated with the brand’s signature milky white glaze, which lets hints of that natural clay color peek through for a perfectly imperfect feel. With its classic, hexafoil-shaped silhouette, petite floral details and fresh, bright hue, our Isolde Dish is such a lovely finishing touch for any space, whether you use it for serving sauces and condiments at an elegant dinner party; for plating nuts or olives on a sumptuous grazing table; or as a gorgeous catchall dish on a side table or vanity.
