Care & Use
- Before the first use. Wash with warm soapy water, dry thoroughly. Thin layer of oil, wipe with paper towel.
- Low-to-medium heat only. A thin layer of oil/butter is all you need. Use silicone, wooden, or nylon utensils.
- Hand wash with warm water + soft sponge. Let cool before washing. No steel wool or abrasives.
- No cooking sprays. No high heat. No metal utensils on nonstick. Dry promptly to prevent water spots.
